  • Book a session — participant names, emails, phones, session details, and waiver acceptance.
  • Submit a liability waiver — name, signature, date, and optional media opt-out initials (via email).

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your personal information. Our site does not set non-essential marketing cookies.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and partnership requests
  • Process booking and rental requests
  • Send the newsletter when you subscribe (you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • Operate and improve our services
  • Meet legal obligations

Where data is stored

Form submissions are sent securely to our API (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) and stored in our database so we can follow up. Email notifications may be sent to our team through our email provider. Data may be processed in Canada or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

How long we keep data

We retain contact, booking, and rental records for as long as needed to fulfill your request, manage our relationship, and comply with law — typically up to several years unless you ask us to delete sooner where we are not required to keep records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email info@forgesauna.ca.

Third-party links

Our site links to external booking tools (for example Cal.com) and social networks. Those services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
